Why I built this
A while back I was going through a rough patch. Anxiety, restlessness — those days where you just stare at the wall and don't know what to do with yourself.
My psychologist handed me two printed A4 sheets with feel-good activities to try. Simple stuff. But it genuinely helped.
Problem was I kept losing them. Or I'd find them and stare at 244 options feeling more overwhelmed than before.
So I turned them into a spinning wheel. That's Spindulge.
