By purchasing access to Spindulge, you agree to the following terms.
Spindulge is a web-based app that suggests feel-good activities. Access is granted via a one-time payment of €1.99, which provides lifetime access to the app.
Upon purchase, you receive a unique access code by email. This code is personal and non-transferable. You may use it on your own devices.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after the access code has been delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We aim to keep Spindulge available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
You may add your own activities to the app. You are responsible for ensuring this content is appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
